» AISG to acquire Klausenburg Security, Inc.

New York, NY., October 13, 2007 – AISG today announced plans to acquire Klausenburg Security, Inc. of Flushing, N.Y., a provider of video integration technology for security and surveillance applications. According to Ben de Groot, V.P. Of Operations of AISG, “the businesses have been operating as a joint venture for quite some time and we are thrilled to be cementing this relationship in the first quarter of 2008.” The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Long Island City, NY., August 12, 2007 – American Integrated Security Group Inc., a New York City based security system design and integration firm, announced plans to move offices to Long Island City. “Long Island City is an exciting area for us,” says AISG President Levy Acs. » Retired NYPD Detective to Join AISG, form Special Services Division

Long Island City, NY, November 19, 2007 – American Integrated Security Group Inc. announces the establishment of a new division, AISG Special Services. Retired Detective Jose Roman will lead the group. According to Ben de Groot, V.P. Of Operations at AISG, “[AISG has] long considered guard services and physical security to be a complimentary business to our well-established expertise in systems engineering and integration. Mr. Roman brings a level of experience and professionalism to this business segment that will benefit AISG and its customers. We intend to place the full weight of our resources behind this new division.” The new division will provide guard and escort services in addition to a full array of investigative services.
