Customer Service Commitment

AISG has a robust e-support program that allows our customers to easily report; equipment purchase needs, equipment training needs, technical support, warranty questions and field support services needs. The customer can track all open work orders, closed work orders, status and comments. It is supported and operated by our 24/7 Service Command Center.

We also provide surveys for every job we complete on-site to our customer. Our Service Command Center will follow up with a phone call to discuss every survey our Customer completes. We track and rank this data to monitor our excellent service record.
