- On September 22, 2010, Eurus Energy (through its subsidiary Avenal Solar Holdings LLC) closed the largest photovoltaic solar project financing in the United States to date for its groundbreaking 45 MW solar project owned in partnership with NRG Solar. The Avenal solar project will be located in Kings County, California and represents a landmark blue ribbon collaboration of counterparties with EPC contractor The Ryan Company, Inc. (a subsidiary of Quanta Services) and using Sharp Electric Corporation thin film solar panels. Construction has begun on the Avenal project and will continue throughout 2010 with COD expected in mid-2011, at which time the Avenal solar project output will be sold to Pacific Gas & Electric Company. The Avenal solar project is largely being regarded in the renewable energy industry as the pioneer first of many utility-scale photovoltaic solar projects to be developed in California over the upcoming years.

Eurus Energy chooses American Integrated Security Group Inc. (AISG) to design, implement, and remote monitor the perimeter. AISG partnered with FLIR, the world leader in thermal imaging, to help secure the solar plant. AISG and FLIR designed a total solution with thermal imaging cameras, network video storage, and built in analytics to protect the large solar plant. To protect the 4.5 miles long perimeter, 15 FLIR Systems thermal imaging cameras will be installed.

- West Harrison and D’lberville built post Hurricane Katrina function as two highly regarded High Schools and also serve as Safety Storm Shelters in the Harrison County area. The 22” reinforced concrete structure/buildings required for the Safety Storm Shelters created an emergency communication issue. AISG, a national security solutions provider, partnered with JDTeck, a wireless communications services provider and installed two state of the art wireless indoor/outdoor repeater systems. The project required over 40 antennas, 4 high powered repeaters and multiple outdoor receiving antennas. The system will now offer communication for both High Schools/Safety Storm Shelters to assist in protecting the Harrison County residents.
