JFK Airport Terminals 7 & 8
JFK TERMINAL 7 & 8
Terminal 7 at JFK Airport is currently operated by British Airways. A variety of Oneworld alliance carriers operate out of Terminal 7 at this time. Terminal 8 is a major Oneworld hub, and American Airlines is the major Oneworld carrier. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection facilities process more than 1,600 people an hour.
The aging security in place at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection facilities in Terminal 7 and Terminal 8 at JFK Airport needs upgrading from old CRT monitors and cameras to IP network cameras, servers and communications devices for increased overall coverage.
AISG installs a full turnkey system including Bosch IP cameras and NVR and Louroe Electronics microphones over all entry booths for the international arrivals area where every person coming into the country is recorded on camera with audio. Aiphone Intercom systems and cameras in holding cells allow officers to communicate with the people inside. AISG installs Dell workstations throughout for key personal to have access to all cameras and microphones. IP cameras are installed at other key locations throughout the Customs areas including any passenger entry or exit points, queue lines, and judges rooms where passengers go for further screening.
